Shipping policy

MĀJÅ Shipping Policy

All orders are processed from our Dubai facility. Orders placed within working hours (9 AM–2 PM) before the daily cut-off are processed the same day. Orders placed after hours, past the cut-off, or on UAE/GCC public holidays are processed on the next UAE working day.

United Arab Emirates

  • Standard delivery within 2 working days.
  • AED 25 on orders under AED 250 — free on orders above AED 250.
  • Express 4-hour delivery available within Dubai for AED 35 (order before 6 PM).
  • Cash on Delivery available within the UAE for an additional AED 25.

GCC & Lebanon — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

All GCC and Lebanon orders are delivered duty-paid. The price you see at checkout is final — there are no customs charges to pay on delivery. Free delivery applies on all international orders above AED 800.

  • Saudi Arabia — 2 to 5 working days — AED 79
  • Kuwait — 2 to 4 working days — AED 79
  • Qatar — 2 to 4 working days — AED 69
  • Bahrain — 2 to 4 working days — AED 69
  • Oman — 2 to 4 working days — AED 65
  • Lebanon — 3 to 6 working days — AED 89

Delivery estimates are counted in working days from dispatch. Remote areas may require 1–2 additional days.

Order tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

Address changes

  • For help changing your delivery date or address, contact our customer care team at sales@mjjs-trading.com.
  • Address changes are not possible once you have received your dispatch confirmation email.
  • Addresses cannot be changed to a country outside the original delivery country.

Delivery policy

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as the recipient being unavailable or requesting a postponement.
