Card orders are confirmed once the payment is approved, the delivery address is verified, and the items are in stock and ready to ship.
Currency
  • All online prices, payments and refunds are processed in Emirati Dirhams (AED).
  • Paying in another currency? Check exchange rates and any fees (transfer or service charges) with your bank. Bank transaction fees are not refundable by MĀJÅ.
Store credit
  • Enter the code in the "Discount code" field during checkout.
  • If your order total is higher than your store credit, choose a payment method to cover the remaining amount.
  • If your store credit is higher than your order total, the unused balance does not carry over — make sure your order total is equal to or above your credit value.
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year.
Gift cards
  • Digital, delivered by email — no physical card.
  • No expiry date, for full flexibility.
  • The recipient receives a unique code to enter in the "Discount code" field at checkout.
Payment security
  • We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data.
  • Look for the padlock icon and an address that starts with https.
  • Cybertrust-certified — your data stays private between your browser and our server.
PSD2 authentication

For online payments above a certain value, banks require two-factor authentication. If your card isn't enrolled, contact your bank. At checkout you may need to verify the payment on a dedicated page or via your mobile device, then you'll return to MĀJÅ.

Saved card details
  • Save your card securely for faster future checkout.
  • Only the last four digits are shown, for identification.
  • To opt out, uncheck the save-card option at checkout. If you update your address, you'll need to re-enter your card details.
Taxes & duties

The total at checkout includes all duties and taxes owed to Customs — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
