How do I request a return?

  • To start a return,
    • contact us at pointureae@mjjs-trading.com 
    • Or create a return automatically from your login page
  • Once the request is submitted, a member of our team will contact you within 2 working days to confirm the time and pick-up location of your return package.
  • Upon receipt of your returned package, we’ll inspect the product in order to approve the return. Any worn or damaged item(s) will not be accepted.
  • An email notification will be sent once the return has been accepted.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Exchanges Conditions  

If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their original condition.

  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
  • items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, authenticity cards etc.) received with the order.
  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. 
  • The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.

Types of Exchange possible

Size/Color Exchange
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. If the item is returned for a second time, the return will no longer be free.

What is the refund methods?

The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit with a ONE year expiration date.
  • Credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to ten 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Unaccepted Returns

Magali JJS Trading LLC — reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise and packaging that has been worn, used or damaged. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is a defective, or an incorrect order , or believe it was damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
