MĀJÅ Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for all returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and show no signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and unmarked.
  • All original labels and tags must be attached, along with all packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, authenticity cards, etc.).
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes. The original box must not be used as the external shipping parcel.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.

Returns within the UAE

  • To start a return, contact us at sales@mjjs-trading.com or create a return from your account page.
  • Our team will confirm the pick-up time and location within 2 working days.
  • A return shipping fee of AED 25 applies. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Size or color exchanges of the same item are free the first time. A second return of the same item will incur the return shipping fee.

International returns (GCC & Lebanon)

  • International orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchange or store credit: we offer a free size/color exchange (subject to availability) or full store credit — we arrange the return pick-up at no cost to you.
  • Refunds: if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a return shipping & customs handling fee of AED 100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original delivery fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refund processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Worn, used, or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
  • Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit with a one-year validity.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@mjjs-trading.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

MAJA TRADING L.L.C S.O.C reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
