Good to know
- Cash on Delivery: available within the UAE for an additional AED 25.
- Order processing: orders placed within working hours (9 AM–2 PM) before the cut-off are processed the same day. Orders placed after hours, past the cut-off, or on UAE/GCC public holidays are processed on the next UAE working day.
- International transit times: delivery estimates count working days from dispatch. Remote areas may require 1–2 additional days.
- Returns: all returns incur an AED 25 shipping fee within the UAE. For international returns, please contact our customer care team. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
